What's more, Risa-san at Customer Service went an extra mile to help me get my order in time for Christmas and her communication with me was excellent - all questions answered promptly! Included with my package were free snack samples, and a most wonderful Thank You note - the kind no one sends anymore! I truly appreciate this beautiful gesture - the famous Japanese courtesy did not disappoint! Firstly, amazing packaging. I’ve only ordered twice, but the packaging has been immaculate. I love the individual notes in the packages I’ve received, and I love how we get little freebie snacks as well.

I've made two orders from Japanese Snacks Republic so far, and my experience has been excellent each time. Package delivery has been very quick, and I appreciate the wide selection of snacks and prepared food items to choose from. I've found foods offered here that I've never seen at other Japanese food sites, such as GoGo Curry Brand Kanazawa Curry, and Jururu Luxury Mango candy. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. Plus, the little free gifts that have come with each package were a delightful and unexpected bonus. I'm still enjoying the two orders I've made, and am looking forward to buying some more from them in the future.

Quick and helpful responses

The snacks have a very nostalgic taste. I am not able to find these Japanese snacks very easily where I live. There is a relatively large population of native Japanese here that I would think would warrant the authentic Japanese snacks.

Always arrives very quickly and very friendly service. Products very tasty and huge selection to choose from. Also the free gifts are amazing and thoughtful. You can tell that they love their job and what they are doing and putting smiles on people across the world.

Packages are always well packed and we really enjoy the extra gifts. The chopsticks are much better than I’ve been able to find.

During our trip to Japan we discovered this candy but were not for sale in europe. I ordered with JSR 4 bags and wihin 14 days i reveived the package incl some additional items. Good tracking. So happy. Thank you all

I have ordered twice from Japanese Snacks Republic. It is a good website with a wide selection and affordable prices. Delivery times abroad are very short, so packages arrive quickly. What's more, I don't pay any additional customs fees (in France) when crossing borders, which is great.
I highly recommend this store. Risa, Saori & co. are doing a great job

I really loved everything that was offered. I’d been trying to find a trusted page for Japanese snacks, and that’s how I found yours. Before buying, I even checked Reddit for feedback.

I've bought countless times from the other Republic sites, but this was the first time I used the Snacks Republic. As always their service is perfect. The items were packaged safely and were fresh. Every item was 1.5 to 4 months away from the expiration date, so nothing was expired or stale. Only a few of the Pringles were broken in the can, but honestly that sometimes happens when you buy them here in America so that was to be expected being shipped internationally. Everything was delicious and I love how the Snack Republic has descriptions of the items so you can actually know what you were buying. All the descriptions were accurate to what the items were which is great. The whole reason why I decided to finally buy from the snacks branch from the Republic sites was because I kept seeing YouTube videos advertising Japanese snack monthly subscription boxes. I got excited thinking that would be a fun thing to buy, then when I did research I found out the majority of them are terrible scams. I got mad and was like what am I doing, I know of a perfectly trustworthy site I could make my own monthly snack box from for the same price, that being Snacks Republic since I knew all their sites are trustworthy. So that's what I did for this last month, and I plan to do it again this month. I loved all the snacks I bought, they were delicious. Thanks for always serving the people great trustworthy items, and I look forward to shopping with you all hopefully for many more years to come.
