All orders are always elegantly and carefully packed. All delivered products are exactly as described on the website and the waiting time for delivery agrees with the one given in the e-mails. I really like the idea of ??sending customers email notifications about the changing ranking of the best snacks, i.e. highlighting what is popular in a given month and sending recommendations on what to try by store employees. I very often use the tabs informing about what new products are popular in a given month ( New Arrivals in May) and the tab informing about limited products(Seasonal Limited Edition Snacks). I love the idea of promoting local sweets and snacks via Hokkaido or Aomori Japan Fair. I alo really like the fact that there is Request and Ask for Restock option available.
