Amazing service. I can find anything I’m looking for and if they don’t have it they will find it. There were some snacks I could only buy in Japan and I was missing them so much and I couldn’t find it anywhere in the us and they found it.

Quick shipping and correct items and quick replies

I like the vast amount of variety of products you offer. From tea to seasonal time limitied snacks, you can find most things - if you know how to look for them.
From receiving the order to shipping out, it usually takes around 1-2 weeks. Delivery to destination country through EMS is very fast. Customer service checks up on you if the package is on hold for too long. The packaging is very elaborate and you can see the care that was put into it.
The prices are on the slightly higher side, but I rather pay the extra for the service and know that my order is going to be here in a month at most, than the uncertainty other websites might provide with their cheaper prices.
Overall it has been a good experience the numerous times I ordered in the last few years.

I've ordered from Japanese Snacks Republic a few times and the experience is always great. Shipping is surprisingly quick given how far the package is traveling. I love that JSR has a huge variety of items to choose from, because I like to get a bunch of different things and do taste tests with friends. Some of the stock changes seasonally too, so there's always new stuff to look through and try. The items I've received have always been fresh as well, nothing stale or expired. I really enjoy ordering from here.

I tried Japanese Snack Republic on a whim at Christmas to buy something for my husband. I hadn't heard of the site before and the pricing seemed very reasonable (plus no shipping!). I was somewhat doubtful the items would even make it to me, but they arrived in a relatively short time and were packaged securely without any damage. They came with a nice welcome letter and free sample items. I was VERY impressed. Since then we have ordered and again and will definitely order more in the future.
