I absolutely love this company! I lived in Japan and regularly visit, but it is extremely difficult to find authentic Japanese products here. I want the Japanese snacks produced in Japan for the Japanese market. The Japanese products made for the foreign market are not the same.

And it’s not really your fault, but it feels like in this case a little more guidance on what to do would have been better than saying “please wait a little longer” But aside from this little stumble, the service and quality of everything is amazing and I’ve even started shopping on your sister sites as well!
