Always packaged well and arrives fast. Food is always fresh, delicious and not damaged. Also the snacks given are never past or near expiry date. I have bought from Japanese Snacks Rebublic many times, and I am happy with them every time. I love the free gifts.

Very impressed with how fast the shipping was, received my goods very quickly. The items were packaged well and was very happy with all the snacks I ordered - the couple of extra treats I got as a first time buyer was a lovely surprise!

I really enjoyed the matcha themed snack box I ordered and would love to order another themed snack box in the future. I am a huge sweet tooth so I’d love a box filled with sweet treats like candy/cakes/chocolate/etc.

I don’t really have anything negative to say other than a few of the items were a bit melted, but that is absolutely understandable due to it being summer in Japan and they still tasted great.
