Japanese Snacks Republic is very efficient. I received my order very quickly within couple of days. The staff are nice and follow up very promptly. Even their after sales service is good. They sent me discount coupons and free gifts with my order.

It shipped quickly and everything was packed extremely well. The free little snacks and the chopsticks were a terrific surprise.

Very easy to use website. The website has a wide selection of foods and snacks which is really great. Anyone would be able to find at least one thing they'd like. It's a great service. Updates on delivery are great, you're informed when your order is being prepared and when it's ready and sent out so there's no guess work. Priority shipping is also quite cheap, only being $10 which is great. Overall, great service.

I lived in Japan for a long time and I felt homesick. I was looking all over for a Japanese snack shop that wasn't way too overpriced and that had products I was interested in. I didn't necessarily want trendy products, but things I ate all the time like dondonyaki dagashi. Happily, I found your online shop. I was excited to see Sendai miso ramen and that butter shoyu popcorn, these things that nobody imports. The prices aren't terrible considering the free shipping, which arrived so quickly! And I was so happy to see some free gifts. Thank you!!
