This is probably the first time that I have tried a brown rice bran sandwich cookie, and honestly, it's pretty good. The texture of the cookie was a bit odd at first, and it may take some people time to adjust to it. That said, the cream is perfect, and the overall flavor is delicious. I love how the sweet caramel flavor meshes well with the slightly bitter matcha green tea flavor, making it a great combination - and I love caramel and matcha green tea, anyway.
