There are 4 flavors, Peasen: Using domestically produced glutinous rice, Eitaro's unique manufacturing method produces a rich flavor. You can enjoy its crispy texture and savory flavor. Shichimi pepper: The unique aroma and spiciness is hard to stop after one bite. Aosa seaweed: Sea salt flavor that spreads the taste of the sea. Yuzukiri: White buckwheat noodles without buckwheat hulls are kneaded with yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) to create the image of yuzukiri.
