It gets warmer as spring arrives~! I wonder how the flavors in the confectionery industry change with the arrival of spring?

That's right~. The flower that Japanese people are familiar with in spring, “cherry blossom”, and accordingly, there's a start in popularity for Japanese sweets, green tea, and matcha-flavored confections. Also, spring is the season for strawberries, oranges, grapefruits, melons, and the like, so it's the time when new flavors begin to emerge as these fruits come into season.

Also, as a personal opinion from someone who loves ramen, it feels like the season when light broth tastes even more delicious in spring, so I feel like there are a lot of ramen with light flavors coming out! Winter is cold, so it was the season for voluminous, punchy soups to taste good, but I feel like delicious cup ramen increases in spring too! Spring has many vegetables and ingredients that are in season, and the light broth further enhances their deliciousness~!
