So, today! We’re going to try Mochi Truffe, which has been ranked in TOP100 for a long time!

What Is Mochi Truffe?

So the outside is a sticky stuff like mochi but...... what is the ‘ganache’ that’s inside??

I’ve heard that it’s ‘a cream made from whip cream and chocolate’. We can make it softer or harder too, depending on how much we add them. It tastes ‘mild and rich’.
