I don't know what it is but the chip texture from this brand is sort strange and also this chip wasn't really screaming Sriracha Sauce flavor because it felt like it didn't have enough flavor nor did it taste good compared to Koikeya's Consomme flavored chips. So unfortunately I wouldn't get this again.
