These Bourbon Hi-Chocolate matcha milk truffles are wonderful, light and have a refined taste. The delicate matcha powder nicely complements the milk chocolate taste, and they are not too sweet or too bitter. I like the powdery texture and creamy filling inside that easily melts when eaten. The matcha taste could be a bit stronger, but I recommend these to any one who likes matcha and chocolates.
