I used to live in Japan, and am half Japanese - these are some of my favorite rice crackers, their texture is super crispy and crunchy and yet also lightweight on the inside, I love it! The strong soy flavor is yummy as well - I prefer my rice crackers not to have such a subtle flavor that they taste too bland. Japanese people love subtle flavors, but my taste is a bit more Japanese American, in that I like a bit more salt. Not too strong, but still enough that it doesn't taste too cardboard like. I love these rice crackers, and they are hard to find online in the US!
