I am a bit disappointed in the taste of these cookies, which seem to me more like aged cheese rather than New York Cheesecake. They have excellent texture that is very soft and dough-like, and the white chocolate chips add more complexity to the texture and flavor as well. The smell and taste is just too much like old cheese to appeal to me, and it is not what I expected. I am sure others may like them, so I would still recommend trying them.
