Don't be fooled; the "BIG" descriptor on the box is relative. While this bar is bigger than the regular size Balance Power bar, this bar is relatively small (about pinky finger sized, I think). Nevertheless, the Staff Notes are definitely accurate about the moist texture, and the subtle flavor of the sweet potato is perfectly sweet and savory!
