I like the concept of unbaked cheesecake, but I am not really a fan of blue cheese. I still chose to try this, and it was interesting, but a bit overly sweet.
I think it would appeal to those who like blue cheese more than I do and very sweet desserts, but I was hoping it would have a taste more complementary with the blue cheese. The sweetness clashed a bit too heavily, but the texture was great. I like the small serving size, too. It was worth trying once, and it arrived safely and very carefully packed. The service is exceptional and always includes at least one free snack.
