Only problem I had was with the Pota Pota Yaki that got a bit crushed, but not too badly. Most likely the shipper since it was packed well.

Everything arrived promptly, and was reasonably priced. Great service, as expected from the newest member of the Republic family of sites!

My overall thoughts:

The food selection is quite good and is constantly being updated with seasonal/limited edition items. You'll have more options here than just a few flavors of Pocky or Ramen!

I've done the themed snack boxes in the past and found them to be quite nice - a good variety of snacks that match a particular theme (it was curry in my case). Even if you're not a fan of everything you get in said box, the quality of snacks and variety of options make it worth the price in my opinion.

Regardless of what I've purchased, the care that went into packaging my snacks was always top-notch. I've never had a package of rice crackers or ramen arrive nearly smashed to smithereens nor a box of candy crushed to death.

If you're interested in exploring Japanese snacks beyond what you'll find at your typical Japanese/Asian market here in the USA, I definitely recommend giving this place a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Everything arrived on time and neatly packed. I also liked the free gift snacks.

The packaging for these snacks is very safe. They make sure you are satisfied and taken care of! When two of my items came in melted, they responded with a nice coupon that discounted the same amount of the damaged items.

Order arrived without any issues and in good condition. All items inside were as expected and in great condition, except one item that had unfortunately melted from hot weather, but was otherwise unharmed.

Everything was packed securely, and the buying process was very smooth. It was worth the wait for international shipping. I liked trying out the new snacks I've never had before!

Thank you for opening a new sister company filled with Japanese snacks…and tea! I have been ordering groceries, from another Japanese company, for all my basic cooking needs, but the snack selection was very, very limited. I am not a big snacker (unless you count senbei, I love Amanoya’s Himemaru and wasabi senbei) but my older boys (28 and 22) and 13 year old daughter like all kinds of snacks. I love all of your other companies so very much and cannot wait to order more snacks in the future.

I lived in Japan for a long time and I felt homesick. I was looking all over for a Japanese snack shop that wasn't way too overpriced and that had products I was interested in. I didn't necessarily want trendy products, but things I ate all the time like dondonyaki dagashi. Happily, I found your online shop. I was excited to see Sendai miso ramen and that butter shoyu popcorn, these things that nobody imports. The prices aren't terrible considering the free shipping, which arrived so quickly! And I was so happy to see some free gifts. Thank you!!
