It was a great experience, it seems like the company took care when packaging and also seemed to care to watch whether you’d received it or not. They keep in contact with you until it arrives.

I like how fast I got my order, and the fact that shipping was free for much cheaper. I also love the selection of products you guys have and how you are willing to find products not found in your store. I enjoy the overviews of what some items are because not everyone may understand Japanese and some product names do not really give a good description of what the product entails. As for the extras, I LOVED the fortune slip, the overview of the store, and the letter given to me. Thank you, Risa, Shingo and the rest of Japanese Snack Republic for such a warm package with my favourite instant noodles and snack flavours.

1- Speed ??of response, understanding, and respect for customers and their specific allergens is unparalleled.
2- Free express shipping.
3- Quick response to customer requests for products.
4- The prices of the products compared to competitors are good (I do not say excellent because the price is a little high, but this is understandable due to other services such as free express shipping and fast product requests).
Love you guys. Your services remind me of the Umami Ninja website, but this website is no longer active due to the Corona pandemic, unfortunately.

Your service is very great but I have one negative point. I purchased make to order and I wrote in description my allergies ingredients and everything was good except 3 out 20 items was included my allergies so I don’t ate them. I am very happy with my order and I share my awesome experience with social media & my friends ?? but please be careful about allergies next time ??

It's always so lovely to not only receive my package perfectly intact, but to get additional snacks to try along with my order too!
