This time! Believe it or not, the major Japanese confectioner Lotte is launching its first new biscuit brand in 13 years! It looks like they're releasing new soft-baked-style rich cookies with a texture described as 'juwari,' which goes even beyond just being moist!

The feature of this new 'The' series is the richness created by Lotte's original 'Juwari Manufacturing Method'! It's quite a unique expression, but by incorporating a generous amount of two types of luxury blended butter and using techniques to bake them fluffy yet moist, they've finished this new series to be richer and have a fluffy (it's soft-baked style, but fully cooked!) texture!
