This time, a new snack has arrived featuring rich, slightly bitter matcha in a smooth cream with delicious chocolate chips! The chocolate pairs well with Japanese tea too—it’s a versatile new treat!

This snack was one of four new matcha sweets released at the matcha sweets festival held by Toha! Among them, this one was particularly popular for being especially delicious!

The Harvest Sweets Sandwich Rich Matcha & Chocolat features thin, crispy ‘Harvest’ biscuits made with kneaded tea leaves! Smooth Uji matcha cream and chocolate chips add flavorful accents. You can taste matcha from both the cream and the biscuit! Normally the Harvest biscuit surface is coated with sugar, but here it’s been replaced about halfway with matcha for a special version! It’s crafted with the wish for matcha lovers to enjoy a variety of textures!
