This time! A new flavor has appeared in the traditional Japanese sweet, Genji Pie! This flavor enhances the original sugary sweetness of Genji Pie and gives it a delicious, Japanese-style twist~!

Genji Pie is a historic sweet that represents Japan! It’s a heart-shaped pie inspired by the French baked pastry Palmier, made with plenty of flour and margarine for a crispy finish! It has a rich sweetness from sugar and butter, and the crispy pie texture is simply delicious~! Personally, I think the buttery sweetness makes it go well with tea and coffee too!

The newly released matcha flavor version uses plenty of Uji matcha that has been stone-ground into a very fine powder! It feels even more luxurious than the regular version, maintaining the sweetness of sugar and butter while highlighting the slight bitterness and sweetness of matcha, making it a delicious result!
