This time, we’re featuring wasabi-flavored yakisoba!...... But wait! This isn’t just any flavor—it’s the revival of a fan-favorite from a 14-year-old classic series!

The Ippei Chan brand I’m introducing today is a very popular yakisoba series in Japan! Like cup noodles, you add hot water, drain, and then add the sauce. The lid has special holes that let you pour out the water without opening it—so no noodles or toppings fall out!

After draining the noodles, you add a flavorful soy-based sauce with char siu and fish sauce umami, and a wasabi-infused seasoning oil for a sharp kick! Then top with the special ‘Wasabi Mayo’ for extra richness and a wasabi flake mix made with Nagano-grown wasabi leaves! You can control the spiciness by adjusting the toppings—it gets quite spicy with all of them, but the mayo’s smoothness balances it out perfectly!
