When I tried them, I was surprised at how the crispy texture of the potato chips closely resembles the crispy edge of gyoza (the ‘wings’ as they’re called). Focusing on this aspect is pretty impressive! The texture really evokes gyoza, and the flavor is spot-on, with the rich meat essence, savory fat, and the potato crunch all coming together perfectly.
