What kind of taste did you expect before you ate?
Well...... Since I basically like curry-flavor cup noodles, I thought it would change the whole taste to cheese flavor, which I don’t like...... But I can still taste curry and I think cheese actually makes it milder and more delicious!
Yep. It doesn’t have to be only curry but by adding cheese as a topping makes the whole taste milder, deeper and richer...... When we first have a bite, we usually taste the ingredient itself, but then, if we put cheese, we taste cheese later on, which would not make us tired of the taste. It becomes more delicious too. For instance, hamburg steak is one of the examples of that.
I’ve heard that the humburg steak that has cheese inside and the one that has cheese (sauce) on top taste different...... although they are the same cheese......
Maybe because how the juice from the meat and cheese combine is different, which might taste different. To me, I like the one with cheese inside better, which best harmonizes with juice from the meat~!! It depends on the type of cheese but basically, cheese matches with any food, which makes the food more delicious!
